学佛 要 实修亲证、脚踏实地，“嘴把式”于解脱成就无益。
Learning gods need true practice and personal realization as well as the down-to-earth cultivation, and it’s useless for ‘mouth skill’ in the complete freedom and achievements.
于人 无益的话不要说、能少说的话就少说、能不说的话就不说，说话也是耗能量。

时刻 清净身口意。
Always purify your body, speeches and mind the three karma incubators.
时刻 与佛相应。
Always keep responding with the gods.
时刻 心佛一体。
Always keep your mind and your Buddha Nature in oneness.
时刻 心无所住。
Always keep your mind not rely on anything.
时刻 观照自心。
Always contemplate your own mind.
时刻 宇宙同心。
Always be one-hearted with the Universe.

时刻 顺应大道。

Let’s pass through, across, go through and break through all the hardships and difficulties in an upright manner.
让我们 潇潇洒洒， 走过、穿过、透过、闯过。
Let’s pass through, across, go through and break through all the hardships and difficulties chicly and smartly.
让我们 清清白白， 走过、穿过、透过、闯过。

The Real Gold Appears

Each of you is torturing and has suffered a lot while in your self-cultivation and practices.
Upon seeing this Osifu feels painful but also relaxed.
Because so is the case to wash gold out of the turbid waves.
Only after severe training and hammering will the real gold appears.

师父倡导、践行“大慈大悲方真情”！
Osifu advocates and practices “only great kind and compassion is the true love.”
师父 上中学的时候，很喜欢看 武侠和神话 小说。
When Osifu in middle school he very much liked reading martial arts and mythology novels.
师父 上中专的时候，很喜欢看 儒家经典和道家经典。
When Osifu in the technical secondary school he very much liked reading Confucian classics and Taoist classics.
现在，有闲暇的话，还会看看四书五经和道德经。品一品也挺有味道。
Nowadays, whenever there is leisure time, Osifu will also read Four Books and Five Classics and Tao Te Ching, which also brings lot of pleasure.
儒家和道家教法都是人类文明史上、历史长河的两朵奇葩。光彩夺目，直到今天依然璀璨！
The Confucianism and Taoism Teachings were two masterpiece works in the history of human civilization, dazzling and still brilliant until today!
孔圣人和老子 也是师父学习的榜样。他们做了他们该做的，他们无愧于使命、无愧于愿心、无愧于天地！
Confucius and Lao Tzu are also models for Osifu to learn from. They had done what they could. They well done their missions, they well done their vows, and they well served the Heaven and Earth.
时空一直都在转变。
The time and space has been undertaking great changes.
天地一直都在运转。
The Heaven and Earth has been in operation.
三界一直都在变换。
The Three Realms has been in transformation.
宇宙一直都在向前。
The Universe has been moving forward.
自然一直都在变幻。
Changes has been taken place in the nature.
有弟子:佛菩萨都是真理传播者
也是来医病的，不是称佛为大医王吗？治众生生死轮回的病根。
Some disciple said: the gods are the truth propagators. They also come to cure illness. Aren’t the gods were called the great medical king? They come to cure the root cause of the disease of samsara of the sentient beings.
师父 : 悟得好
Osifu: good realization!
当要治这个病根的时候，呵呵
When it is time to cure the root disease, ahah
有的人就说了，“佛菩萨呀，我还要回家商量商量。”
Some people say: “My gods, I would also like to go home to talk it over with families.”
有的人就说了，“佛菩萨呀，我还要回家考虑考虑。”
Some people say: “My gods, I would also like to go home to think about it.”
有的人就说了，“佛菩萨呀，我还要回家斟酌斟酌。”
Some people say: “My gods, I would like to go home to think it over.”
病根 是什么？
What is the root cause of the disease?
有弟子:我执？无明、我见?
Some disciple said: ego attachment? Ignorance or delusion?
师父:找到病根了，下不了手了。
Osifu: found the root cause of the disease but could not handle it.
这时候，呵呵
倘若 抱桩摇橹，再精进、精进再久，结果是什么？
At this time, ahah
If clinging to a stake to scull, then work harder, and then work more diligently for a little longer, what will be the result?
还记得，师父 拿着 杯子，给你们做的 譬喻吗？

手握杯子
手不自在
Holding a cup in hand, and the hand is not free and uncomfortable.
是杯子 束缚手？

还是 手 执著 杯子 不放？
Or it is because the hand clinging to the cup and doesn’t let it go?
手放下了，就自在了。
Hands down, and a happier life.
如此简单
It is so simple.
大道至简
The great Way makes everything the most simple.
有弟子：师父 手放下了 杯子不也掉下了吗
Some disciple asked: Master, if take hands off, the cup not fall?
师父：杯子 有杯子 的去处。放下而已，又没让你摔破。
Osifu: A cup has its own place. Just put it down and nobody asks you to smash it.
轻轻放下
Put it down gently.
自然放下
Put it down naturally.
自在放下
Feel free to put it down.
心安放下
Feel peacefully put it down.
有弟子：杯子只是个器具，用完了就该放下。
Some disciple: The cup is just an appliance, and people will put it down after its job done.
师父：“用完了”？ 你说 什么时候为“用完了”？
Osifu: “done?” You explain what time will it be “done”?
只要你心动，就“没完没了”！
It will be “endless” as long as your mind is tempted.
有弟子:君子不器 杯子是个器具，手不该被所累 心也该无住
Some disciple: Human is not an appliance. A cup is an appliance. Hand should not be burdened and heart should not rely on anything.
师父：心无所住
Osifu: Heart should not rely on anything.
慧莲 果然有智慧。
Olive is really wise indeed.
弟子:慧莲心不迷 可身在迷中出不来啊
Some disciple: Olive doesn’t have her mind indulged in illusions but her body cannot get out of the illusions.
师父：所以要 历事炼心！
Osifu: so we have to go through different matters to refine our minds.
很多大祖师开悟后，都要到滚滚红尘中 历事炼心。
Many of the patriarchs went to experience different things in the mundane land to refine their minds after their enlightenment.
我们更是要 “烈火之中生金莲”呀！
So we also have to experience things as the phrase goes “a gold lotus is born of burning fire.”
有弟子:烈火之中生金莲怎么修呀?师父?
Some disciple: How to practice the way as “a gold lotus is born of burning fire”? Master!
师父：妙心无相，很聪明。
Osifu: A profoundly enligtened mind is free from any forms. Very clever.
但 说出来的就不是密。
But it will not be a secret any more if tell you about it.
既然是密，就无法言传。
更何况，密中密呢？
Since it is a secret, it cannot be explained by words; moreover, the secret of secret?
慧莲 用 眼泪 请法，功德无量！
Olive requested teachings with her tears, boundless virtue and merits!
苦也好、笑也好，顺其自然就好。
Suffering or smiling, it would be all right let nature taking its course.
苦也好、笑也好，真情流露就好。
Suffering or smiling, it would be all right let the true feeling reveals itself naturally.
苦也好、笑也好，心不动摇就好。
Suffering or smiling, it would be all right just to keep your mind unmoving.
苦也好、笑也好，了了分明就好。
Suffering or smiling, it would be all right to understand clearly and distinctly.
苦也好、笑也好，不生不灭就好。
Suffering or smiling, it would be all right to be neither born nor dying.
哭也好、笑也好，本自清净就好。
Tears or laughter, it would be all right to have yourself purified.
哭也好、笑也好，返本还原就好。
Tears or laughter, it would be all right to return your true colors.
哭也好、笑也好，不垢不净就好。
Tears or laughter, it would be all right to be neither impure nor pure.
哭也好、笑也好，不增不减就好。
Tears or laughter, it would be all right to be neither increasing nor decreasing.
哭也好、笑也好，一体同心就好。
Tears or laughter, it would be all right to be concentric in one entity.
哭也好、笑也好，圆满回归就好。
Tears or laughter, it would be all right to return home successfully.
能做到就好。就怕你心量不够，肚量不大。
It might be all right if you can make it. Just fear that your mind is not great enough, not magnanimous enough.
有弟子：气吞山河，敢叫日月换新天。因为，你就是山河，你就是日月，你就是新天。
Some disciple: I am magnanimous enough to swallow the mountains and rivers and dare to call the sun and the moon shining in new Heavens. Because I am the mountains and rivers, I am the sun and the moon, and I am the new Heaven.
师父:又进一步
真好
Osifu: a further step.
Very good.
看来，弟子可以吞灵山了。
It seems that my disciple can swallow the Vulture Peak
有弟子:灵山在弟子心头
何必求远
Some disciple: the Vulture Peak is in my mind.
Why going so far away to seek for it?
师父:又进一步了，灵山早就被你们吞了。
还不敢承当。
Osifu: another further step. The Vulture Peak has been swallowed long before, but you still dare not to take the responsibility.
不然何来“灵山只在汝心头”？
Otherwise, how could you say that the Vulture Peak is in your mind?
佛子吞须弥，谁来解此密？
If my disciple swallowed the Sumeru, who comes to decode the secret?
佛子吞大千，谁来解此密？
If my disciple swallowed the Great Thousand World System, who comes to decode the secret?
佛子吞华藏，谁来解此密？
If my disciple swallowed the Avatamsaka, who comes to decode the secret?
佛子吞诸佛，谁来解此密？
If my disciple swallowed the Buddhas, who comes to decode the secret?
佛子吞宇宙，谁来解此密？
If my disciple swallowed the Universe, who comes to decode the secret?
佛子吞万灵，谁来解此密？
If my disciple swallowed all the spirits, who comes to decode the secret?
